Congress Narrows Gap in Cocaine Sentences how're they gonna do this in 2010? wasn't the issue clear by 1990? screw govt's
I thought this was the job of Jay McInerney's editor, not Congress.

Anyway, something was already done about some existing sentences. Our former crack-dealing tenants got their terms reduced. In 2007, she got 32 years; she was released in 2009. An accomplice who got life is now serving 45 years. (This guy is dangerous. There was pistol-whipping of a witness at one point.)
