I've been doing the bar trivia thing, too, and my team is having the same problem. I think we just have clashing senses of humor. (The funniest team name I've heard so far was this one, used a few days after Rue McClanahan died: "Betty White Is My Last Chance to Fuck a Golden Girl".)

The Alvin Greene one sounds good, but it's most likely too obscure. (In a bar setting, I don't think I'd even recognize the name.) You usually can't go wrong with an easy pop culture reference. It's the cheap route, I know, but laffs are laffs.
