Only in the US? Bah humbug.

But I will share what I usually share when Slurpees are mentioned: slurp down a bit of a Coke/diet Coke Slurpee and add spiced rum. Oh boy - heaven in a cup.

Oh. My.

I didn't know that 7-Eleven made Coke slushies. I have been craving one of those one and off for many summers now; I'm going to get one this weekend.
