It was a kitteh rescued from flooding in France. There was no 'after' photo with the story but he was saved and is well. I expect as I type this he is curled up fast asleep in a comfy bed.

It was on a picdump site somewhere with a short description. I spend some much time on stupid websites that I can't find it again now.
