I am afraid to say this in the FPP thread, but I finally got around to watching a match last night with my beloved, and I couldn't endure the sound. I mean, it made me insane. I forced my husband, who can handle it, to mute the sound completely. AAARGH I can't believe you got that horn on my laptop screen!

Yunno, I've watched nearly every match so far, and I gotta say, the vuvuzela is growing on me. I hated it initially. After three or four matches, I was ready to puncture my own ear drum. After matches eight or nine, I didn't notice it so much. Now, it is a positive association with the 2010 World Cup. I can't believe I am saying this, but I think I would miss the vuvuzela if I couldn't hear it.
