Who has the most neurons? (Bunnies were inexplicably left off the list!)
Ah, but did you know that a bee's brain contains some of the most densely-packed neuropil tissue known in any animal brain? This tissue is where synaptic connections are formed. Bees rock!

If cats have twice as many neurons as dogs, and about the same number as octopi, that would suggest to me (dog person) that neurons may not necessarily be a GOOD thing.
