I don't know if I would call what the Boston Terrier is doing *licking*, but it is definitely squee.

Dabitch, he's just a little mouthy. Some dogs never grow out of it. It is just a puppy thing, gently mouthing everything, especially hands and fingers.

You can see that when he is distracted from nomming the cat's ear he starts on his own paw. ADORABLE!
