The number of corrections that have been made to the article, at least in my fantasy, is a reflection of Jungian culture in that people noticed and insisted they be made. I assume most journalism of that length has an equivalent number of nearly trivial errors which never get corrected, except when there are (I can't think of a non-pejorative term) cult followers to call in and insist.

They had a copy of this in a library nearby. I spent a couple of hours browsing through it. I liked the paintings. I have no special opinion on Jung in general.
