Personally, it's the eyes. That thing is in desperate need of some sclera. Also, I can just imagine the first time some hapless kid's finger gets stuck in its uncaring, all-devouring servomotor maw.

Reminds me too much of the teddy bear in A.I., which was just one of several things about that flick that freaked me out.
