Right now I'm listening to birds chirping and the wind through the trees.→[More:] Typically it's a lot noisier -- the train makes a hell of a racket coming off the bend into the station and the weekend construction usually provides a backdrop of jackhammers, shouts, and backing up trucks -- so I play music to drown the blare.

Today it's quiet, and though I have some songs I'd like to put on, I think I like what I'm listening to a little better. Though I gotta say, The Attractions, Elvis Costello's old band, were amazing; every part is loud and clear.
