In honor of the British election, may I present Monty Python's Election Night Special?

I've seen this clip countless times over the years. Only this time did I realize that in the last live result, from Harpenden, that the commentator was indeed correct: the Very Silly Independent candidate did split the silly vote, and with his two votes managed to spoil the election for Silly Party candidate Mr Elsie Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
