Ask MeChat Neon Colored Electric Fun Music? Music that sounds like hot pink and bright blue and glowing laser green?
Your description made me think of this song immediately. (Daft Punk)

The Archies, Sugar Sugar. I have recently become obsessed with this song and now I want to track down every cover of it that exists - there's one by the Germs somewhere - and listen to nothing but Sugar Sugar every day.

Oooh the related links on that video are good too. Yummy Yummy and Eeep Op Ork Ah ah!

I prefer my electro-pop to be indie and fully hyped a la Passion Pit or MGMT.

Muscles - Guns Babes Lemonade (album) does this for me, esp. Ice Cream (lyrics: kind of odd)

Caramelldansen is pure DDR/Euro/Happyhardcore, and (surprisingly) too sweet for me at this moment. I had no idea "Ice Cream" could feel like a serious song in comparison to anything, but now it does.

Kinda Kinky, by Ursula 1000.

I haven't actually watched the video, but your description immediately made me think of this song.
The Whelk, I need to inquire about your intentions here.

That picture is more like "Freak Parade" by Todd Rundgren territory. Inhale nitrous oxide at 7:00 mark.

Oh god you want Kenny Scharf music? Why didn't you say so? You want Haircut 100 and Thompson Twins and maybe some Specials and definitely, but definitely, Bow Wow Wow.

The 80s in weird art NYC? I was there.

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds written, played and sung by The Beatles and illustrated by the original hot-pink, lime green, electric blue Peter Max.
