Taken during my recent trip to Vietnam. No, I have no idea how long that meat has been sitting out in the sun waiting to be cooked.

Since it is not Friday, as of yet, where I am, ≡ Click to see image ≡ will have to suffice.

That's a Kobe burger with foie gras and black truffles. It was badass. The shake contains Jamesons.

and that's a 'Joey Shirts' sub from Andrew & Frank's Sandwich shop in Astoria. It's grilled chicken, proscuitto, fresh mozzerella, basil, garlic and olive oil.

This was my birthday cake a few years ago. My boyfriend talked to Voodoo Doughnuts, and asked them to frost two Tex-Ass doughnuts (of Cortex fame) on top of each other (note the nickle for doughnut size reference) and cover them with crumpled oreo cookies.

When he went to pick it up, they noticed that they had misspelled my name as Heathr so they gave him a handful of free doughnut coupons. Heh.

It took us a week to eat it in slices! So obnoxiously good.

that doughnut is one of the sickest things I've ever seen.

I bet it was really good :-)

I don't take many photos of food. I need to rectify that.

I didn't have anything new when this topic came up, but its sidebared and I got something now! Anyway I've been experimenting with grilling pizza on the grill. Here's the finished results of my latest and most successful attempt to date. Its a basic Margherita with thin sliced onions and red bell peppers in addition. Here's a pic of it actually on the grill:
