If you hid someone on Facebook, how do you find them to unhide them?
If you blocked them, you can go into your settings and look under privacy - or whatever it's called. The list of people you have blocked is there, together with and unblock option to click on.
What I want to know is when you hide someone's updates, can they tell that you've done so? Because I don't want to be rude to people, but I also don't really care about what's been happening on your Tamaguchi ranch, or whatever.
If your page looks like my page, and if you're hiding them the way I do:
At the bottom of your feed (scroll all the way down to the end of visible updates) you'll see 1) a link for "Older Updates"; 2) a link for "Edit Options." Click "Edit Options" and you'll see how to put them back in.
The day I discovered that I could hide just the games and other applications was a happy day for me. If I still had to see everyone's GerbilTown Cheerleaders or whatever, I certainly would have completely abandoned Facebook by now.
Somebody should write a Word Processor of the Gods-style short story about a social networking site which actually removes people from the real world when you click on the "Remove" button.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU HIDE THE UPDATES TO GAMES/FARMS/MAFIA WARS ETC BECAUSE I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THEM AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO HIDE PEOPLE TELLING ME THEY NOW HAVE A NEW CHICKEN ON THEIR CARTOON FARM. BUT I DON'T WANT TO HIDE THE REAL UPDATES FROM THESE PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR REAL LIVES, JUST THE IMAGINARY ONES.

Oh yea, baby. That's the best Facebook feature ever created.
