Thanks, belatedly to LT and Miko! For various reasons, I have only now opened your Christmas card. →[More:]

It says 'Shine' on the cover. And, well, mentally, as I was opening the card, I was asking myself all sorts of complicated life questions, mostly revolving around 'What the heck is my role and responsibility in this whole thing we call life/earth/dreary existence?'. 'Shine' is a wonderful answer.

So, thanks.

And I also appreciate that my font is 'glittersaurus.'.

IT's a good day for serendipity!

I love that this finally made it to you and you finally opened it when it made sense to hear it.

The past few days have had similar moments for me and, I know, for LT. The magic of spring, maybe.

We had a weekend of events at the museum, with many very talented performers who were really shining all the time. The kind of people who you look at and realize they are just on fire. And I spent some time thinking about what an amazing thing it is to see a human being give of themselves in that shiny way, as if driven by some force coming through them.
