Thanks to your support, Apple replaced my →[More:]Logic board, hard drive, keyboard, and broken latch for free!

They also updated my OS which seems to be slloooowiinnggg things down a bit, but hell, I'm not complaining.

Thanks for encouraging me to ask for a little more help from them.

Incidentally, as someone else mentioned before I got more help by calling Apple Care than I was offered at the Apple Store.
