I was planning on making tacos soon, and I will, but now I will feel guilty about my taco's footprint. (It won't be too bad: I make my own tortillas, and the meat and most of the veg will be local...)

If you don't eat the aluminum, you can re-use it on your next taco. Or skip the metal all-together and just use a plate, and decrease the over-all miles traveled significantly (if I understand that low-res graphic).
