Some of them were a little restaurant-y for me to try at home, but there are a couple of real gems in there. That root veg. shepherd's pie looks great.

I tried those cookies from Milk last year when mudpuppie posted them, and I was very much underwhelmed. They puffed too much and weren't as chocolatey as they seemed to promise. But later on I found this recipe, which makes a truly wish-fulfilling chocolate cookie.
