My Turn To Cook Two: The :Leftovers Strike Back So I'm suffering from a strange condition, I've got to cook, I've got stuff in, but I have no idea what I want to make.

Call it an embarrassment of riches but after a heavy breakfast and all day spent sitting, I didn't give much though to dinner. Here is roughly what I have in -- any ideas would be super super helpful:

1 baked tofu cube
One bag of red and yellow peppers
one bunch of spring onions
one bag of tiny pearl onions
Celery
Radishes
lettuce
left over meat sauce
Spinach
Your normal panties worth of stock and flavorings and garlic and rice and noddles etc. I've also got some fresh chicken stock from before.

I'm tempted to just make a huge salad or stir fry and call it a night, but I was wondering if anyone had a better idea.
Some version of tofu stuffed peppers, or have you done that recently? Cheese isn't vital (just delicious).

looks like a perfect stir fry & salad to me: tasty with little effort and low clean up. Mix some soy in with your meat sauce (guessing of the near A1 variety and use that as your favoring.

i like putting the tofu (assuming it's hard tofu here) in beaten eggs, flouring and frying to put on top. yum!

I'd have gone with a stir fry or lo mein, personally, and saved some salad fixins for lunch.

So! I ended up making a stir-fry cause I had all these leftover dibblybobs and could throw in a bunch of sesame seeds and what not. It was a little greasier then I wanted cause I fried the spinach before hand to make a crunchy fried spinach sprinkle.
