PARTY LIKE IT'S 1994 You don't need to understand the reference; if you need a musical pickup as much as I do, I've assembled my most mindlessly happy music for me AND you... Starting in a few minutes (bottom of the hour and working its way up)
ON. NOW.

Okay, I should have included the following disclaimer: Some of these songs can only be considered feel-good music if you don't pay close attention to the words in the lyrics. Thank you.

Gerry Rafferty - City to City
Blancmange - Game Above My Head
Joe Jackson - I'm the Man
MARRS - Pump Up The Volume
Matthew Wilder - Break My Stride
Nick Lowe - Cruel To Be Kind

Hahaha, I once drove all over Milwaukee, WI to find a store open at 11:30 p.m. (or was it after midnight?) to find an Eddy Grant album.

Found one. Still have the cassette after getting rid of all the rest - I worked too hard to get it to get rid of it easily!

The New Pornographers - All The Old Showstoppers
Eddy Grant - Romancing the Stone
Electric Light Orchestra - Turn To Stone
Gorillaz - Dare
Total Coelo - I Eat Cannibals
Boz Scaggs - 1993 (a song written in 1978, when '93 was THE FUTURE)

We now return you to the dismal present day.
