It's a blog and web-show by Jesse Thorn (of The Sound Of Young America) and Adam Lissagor (of You Look Nice Today) about clothes for guys.

It's not so much "this is how you must dress" but rather "if you want to put on the dog a little, this is how you do it", and with a nice emphasis on getting good value for your sartorial dollar.

I watched their jeans video once, and I still will never pay more than $30 for a pair of jeans because the fine points are just lost on me.

I'd love to dress better, but I just keep NOT dressing better.

I mean, I don't feel like a bum, it's just when I see a guy putting some effort in, I think "YEAH! Nice!"

For me the key is SOME effort. Our CEO is a DANDY, and I can't abide a dandy. And sometimes, I assume Esquire is putting me ON with some of their suggestions.

But, yeah, man, one day...one day I shall get a little more sartorial myself.

For me, I don't think that day will ever come.

That said, many of my close friends and people I admire are pretty into it, and I enjoy fashion/style/whatnot from a distance, at least to the degree that it's about art and creativity and personal expression rather than, y'know, conspicuous consumption and unrealistic body images and stuff.

I flat-out love the way I dress. I love my overalls, my shiny pagoda shirts, my old man sweaters and my awesome collection of 70's western gear.
