Philip Johnson's Thanksgiving Chapel (built in 1976) is a strange, beautiful white spiral of a building in Dallas, TX, featuring a spiral stained-glass ceiling that grows brighter as it reaches the center. →[More:] Here's an odd aerial view of the building. A few more photos.

PPG Place. Spent two years doing color matching support for PPG's paint and stain lines.

I'm embarrassed I didn't even realize PPG was a Johnson building. I've seen that one (from the outside) in person, and it's very cool.
