The theme for this week's Photo Friday is "Peace on Earth, goodwill to all men" Use all or any part of the phrase as you like, and interpret it in any way you wish, not necessarily just themed around the holidays.

essexjan, just a thought: it might be a good idea to make a standard little notice here in these mid-week threads, clarifying the point that they are a preliminary to the actual Photo Friday. I have a feeling that there'll be folks from now on who are not so clear on that, and who, like ninazer0 here, will post or link to a photo in the midweek thread.

Maybe just something simple and to the point, like: NOTE! Don't post your photos here! Wait til this coming Friday!

They're usually members' own pictures, Joe Beese, but there's no hard and fast rules about it as long as it's relevant to the theme and isn't an 'internet classic' picture, you know something that's been round the net for years.
