cheese (parmesan or mozzerella), maybe salt, pepper, butter

garlic salt with cheese is also tasty

No Beans Chili (any canned)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Monterey Jack Cheese
Sour Cream (or softened cream cheese)
Diced Tomatoes
Diced Onions
Diced Avocado
dash of Frank's RedHot Sauce (no, NOT tabasco)

...basically my recipe for Awesome Chili Cheese Fries without the Fried-ness... also Fritos Chili Pie adaptable (chili w/beans, cheddar & jack on top for baking/broiling)...

...and here I am suffering from hyper-sensative tummy, so...

Butter
Chives
Bacon Salt...

Quelle coïncidence ! I also am making baked potatoes! In about half an hour I'll have one with the following on it: butter, diced onions, red bell pepper, Tilamook vintage white cheddar cheese, vegetarian chili and sour cream.

I am baking two though and like Jan I'll have one for breakfast tomorrow. That one I'll cook it 3/4's of the way in the oven tonight and tomorrow dice it and pan fry it in chili oil with garlic, onion and bell pepper with some more of that aged cheddar sprinkled liberally on the top along with cayenne pepper. Served with habanero catsup and toast.
