Clothing Question: Are Levi's shrink-to-fit jeans clearly labeled as such?[More:]

I bought a pair of Levi's 501 jeans, but I'm not sure if they're shrink-to-fit or not.

Are there such things as non-shrink-to-fit 501's?

Nowhere on my jeans does it say shrink-to-fit, but I just want to make sure.
Yes, there are pre-shrunk 501's. I'm wearing a pair right now. I've not bought the shrink to fit kind in ages since they've been quite uncommon in many stores until recently. They must be coming back in fashion! WOOT! I'm pretty sure the shrink to fit ones are labeled as such, with advice about adding inches to the size in order to achieve the final result you want. Also, the shrink to fit ones are a very dark indigo color rather than any color of blue.

Whew! Thanks eekacat!
All I saw on the internet were the shrink-to-fit variety, which made me pretty worried.

Also, the shrink to fit ones are a very dark indigo color rather than any color of blue.
The jeans I bought were also very dark, but it would appear that I bought these.
