TheDonF and I have been known to indulge in bunny fricassee. Sad but true and delicious.
The last time we had rabbit, the butcher (hunter, actually, as this was from the farmer's market) had left the heart and lungs in, which TheDonF had to pull out which was bloody and gross, but even more disturbing was the bunny's wang had also been left on. TheDonF could not deal with that and I cut it off.
