Two hour dental appointment tomorrow morning ...what should I load into my iPod to listen to while he goes at it? I must stay calm and be thoroughly distracted by headphones. I'm thinking really interesting podcasts rather than music. Which ones?

NPR has tons of podcasts.

Talk of the Nation has a podcast. I have been meaning to download this.

aaaaaack, that was hell but i look so purdy now. :) Hey danf, I couldn't move around much so I managed to get "wait wait don't tell me" on and stay put when the pain suddenly became very owie-can't-deal and their humorous banter and quizzes on the news was a really good diversion when I thought I couldn't take it no more, so thanks!

Now I'll return to drinking through a straw. But I flash a killer smile. :)
