Wow, that was amazing! There's an UNREAL flip at 1:50-1:55 or so, in the "bottom left" corner that made me rewind a few times, and I still don't know how he did it.

Damn, that was gorgeous. The unison in particular was quite good, especially there at the beginning when they're holding very long poses. And I loved the tumbling passes where they are so close to, and in fact leaping over, one another. Really special.

This is really cool.

It seemed vaguely familiar, and then I realized that, although they are nowhere near the level of these dancers, the high school drill teams I watched for eight years when my sons where in high school are doing something similar. Here's a link to what they do. Like I said, not near as athletic as the rhythmic gymnastics team, but a similar idea. And I think these drill teams will be doing more athletic stuff in the future, maybe someday approaching what the gymnastics team is doing now. Bonus is the music, played by the marching band my sons used to play with. I kind of miss that. Watching the video, I think the leftmost guy wearing a blue shirt on the bench in the foreground is me. :)
