Acronym Assistance Needed for Possible New Website Idea... →[More:]

In a response to my unemployment, I was thinking of starting a website that featured all of the unemployed people in our area and all the skills they possessed that are lying dormant because of the economic downtown.

I want to use the word SLACKER as an acronym for the site, but am hitting a roadblock for what that could stand for.

Can bunnies come up with a pithy acronym for this word that highlights:

1. underused resources
2. people's lives being disrupted involuntarily
3. people who remain committed to community-building despite making little to no money?
