I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that a couple people didn't find it funny. Too bad, 'cause it's hilarious.

I didn't find it funny. Seriously, if someone came up behind me like that wearing a costume when I'm at the ATM, I probably put his lights out, not give a shove like the guy in the video did.

Yeah, I totally understand the ATM guy and the ones where the doors open and he's just hanging there. But some of them are pretty funny, particularly at the bus stop where you can hear the cameraman giggling, and the one at the end where the camera pans out so you see the bat running across the road flapping his wings. I LOL'd at that point, because you just know it isn't going to wendell for the bat.
