Good/Bad surprises.... →[More:]Good: Sister and bro-law are going to be moving to Chicago, Ill. sooner than planned. This is actually a bad surprise for my sister because she's not looking forward to uprooting my oldest niece in the middle of her 1st grade and not getting to have the big spring/summer blowouts she wanted to in their awesome house. But this is good for me because I can help her get over the worst parts of having to think about moving during the holidays because I've got experience in it. I'll also get to see her and the kids more often because flights to/from Chicago can be cheap! The thought of coming to Chi-town meetups has also crossed my mind.

Bad: My dad's closest younger sister has lymphoma. She is in her late 50s, early 60s and is living in Canada with her sons and has her daughter and son-in-law nearby. I really hope that things go well for them and that she beats it. Would you please send some mojo to my auntie in Canada?
