It pretty much cleared by 3pm that afternoon, so now it's just down to mopping, vacuuming and washing extremely fine red dust out of everything. That shit is pernicious!

I'd also like to report the most ferocious looking boogers EVER. :)

My asthmatic friends pretty much hibernated, but there's still a fair amount of dust lying about so they're still going to cop some of it. We really need a good shower of rain to clean the place up - apparently we might get that Sunday/Monday - but water restrictions were eased slightly so people could hose down stuff, which was good.

So yeah, the final verdict was kinda freaky and messy, but kind of cool.

Oh, and I just couldn't get over the SMELL. One of the guys on the blue compared it to the old-fashioned blackboard dusters. That pretty much summed it up.
