Ayyy, mateys, it's International Talk Like A Pirate Day!

I was in Waterstone's bookshop at Marble Arch today and when I went to the till I realised that the cashiers were dressed like pirates. "Is it 'Talk Like A Pirate Day' today?" "Arrrrrr ... that it be ...." But they wouldn't let me pay in pieces of eight.
