Does anyone else think today feels like it should be a Friday?
And if enough of us truly believe it to be Friday (and don't show up for work tomorrow), wouldn't it actually be Friday?

Because I work from home on Fridays (and usually get Friday afternoon off under our targets/incentive scheme as well) for me Thursday is always Friday.

I've been thinking that all day. I'm so freaking tired. Didn't help that the girl in front of me in my last class spent half the class falling asleep with her head flopping everywhere. (seriously, I had to MOVE MY DESK BACK since she kept flopping he head back and hitting my hand while I was trying to take notes!)

Given that the shared experience of the passage of time is a consensual hallucination and that, therefore, dates are essentially a demarcation of an illusion, I'm pretty sure if we all decide it's Friday, it will actually be Friday. But just you watch, some naysaying ass hat will come along and fuck the whole thing up.

Actually. I'll be smug Saturday and Sunday. For once, I go back to work Monday like the rest of the world. I work 4 days on 4 off. Every weekend is a long weekend. Oh, and after next week? I'll be on vacation for 12 days camping with the pooches.
