Thanks for the music recommendation -- although I associate that piece more with Chicago thanks to those United Airlines ads (yes, I know Gershwin was a Brooklynite).

Same here, dhartung... I first became aware of the song through the ads. I've been properly reoriented though; my son is a piano player and is playing some Gershwin, and also there's Fantasia 2000 which pretty clearly has a New York setting for the music.
