Well, if they used grilled chicken it would be very low cab, not too bad. As a recently diagnosed diabetic whose looking for any replacement for bread i can find, I'm pretty willing to consider the extreme. You could actually bread the chicken with almond meal and fry it, hmm..

(but yeah, KFC does seem look very hard for the worst possible things to serve, health-wise)
