Did you take 'em with your phone? The wires and fluorescents are all very... clinical.

It looks awesome, actually. Cause you know, you're there and standing and have an amazingly cool scar. (Which is actually a wound currently, now that I think about it.)

BP: Yeah, with my phone. The camera in that thing is a strange little beast. Often I have no clue what that thing will give me. These pics are untouched except to crop out my groin in the full body shot. Also, I have only enough strength to stand 5 minutes; I was literally gasping for breath the entire time, so that added a bit of a frantic mood I think. I think the blur in the full body adds to the atmosphere.

Gah! That's amazing - just to think that they broke you open, did all that messing around in there, threw out some old parts, reworked some plumbing, stapled/taped/stitched you back together and now you're posin' and stylin' your new tattoo!

Really, really so glad to know you're making it through all this. Sending all sorts of good healing vibes your way.
