Okay, I haven't waded into IRC in years. "Connection is disconnected" according to Colloquy. Obviously I am wrong, and bad for doing it wrong.

Is there a secret secret?

Dejah - are you using Firefox? It has the Chatzilla extension. It's easy to download and use.
