I came in to suggest my favorite home remedies, too: Reeses peanut butter cups (substitute favorite sugar delivery device), Pringles (substitute favorite salt delivery device), TV/favorite movies, a good cry, hugs from honey, and lots and lots of sleep.

(and try not to break anything :)
