What software can be used to make a video like this?→[More:]I imagine it must let you cut your videos into regions and sequence them similar to live or protools. Is this easy to do in Final Cut or Premiere? Can it be controlled with midi?
Do a google for 'VJ Software' and you'll get a ton of results. No idea what the best/popular apps are or anything even remotely helpful, but hopefully that gives you a place to start.
