What can I use in place of apple juice in this recipe? →[More:]I don't have apple juice. I have plenty of apples but no juice. I don't have lemon juice, white wine, or any kind of juice. I do have a myriad of vinegars, but not sure they would work.

What do you think?

Thanks anyway, guys. I forgot I had some pineapple chunks in juice. I used some pineapple juice and a little white wine vinegar. Hopefully it won't be too disgusting.

That sounds like it might not be too bad. The chicken will have a tang to it. Good Luck!
