Writer of "You Light Up My Life" indicted. Surprisingly, for something even worse than the fact that he wrote that song.

In any case, best use of that song in in Todd Solondz' film HAPPINESS.

True or not, the damage is done. The outcome of the trial is immaterial. Just look at that creep! I hope I'm never indicted for anything, but I know that isn't necessarily within my control.
