I'm sick and I'm sick of coughing! →[More:]Enough already, throat!
Dr. today said bronchitis and strep. Pills and syrup.

He took 3 steps back when he saw the size of my tonsils and said "do they always kiss like that?"
I had no idea what he meant til I looked in the mirror. They are HUUUUUUUGE.

He said I should look into getting them out once I'm better, since they're apparently impeding my breathing.
Fun times today, I tell you.

Fun times today

Did you get the codeine syrup? Seriously, it really is fun times. Whew. Every time I take it I think "Wow, this is amazing, I should take this everyday!" and then I think "Wow, so that's how people get addicted to opiates."

I did! I haven't taken it yet because I'm super reactive to any drug so my Dr. said to take it only once I'm about to go to bed since it will probably knock me on my ass right quick. Glad to hear it is so good! Now I'm actually looking forward to tonight.

Mmmm, the codeine syrup is such good stuff. Also, the albuterol inhaler helped me a lot when I couldn't stop coughing, especially during the day when I didn't really want to be on codeine.

Just pills for me. By the time I got to the doctor, I was starting to clear up. Still not 100% yet, but getting there.
