Articles like this keep me upbeat in my job search. Such dignity involved in the concept.
Aww, that was the sweetest thing I've read in a while. It sounds like a total improvement in the quality of life for both the at-home caregiver and their elderly relatives.

good for you, JB. Yeah, I sent them a "good on ya" note this afternoon. I'd love to do interviews with some of their caregivers.

Looks like a good program. We were right on the verge of considering a day program for my dad when he got himself sick enough for the hospital, and from there right into a nursing home, so we didn't have any transition.

His dementia is not Alzheimer's so he would -- as far as we knew -- always know more or less where he was when he went out at night. But we never knew how safe he may have been.
