It's another easy-to-read-but-well-written series. All I can remember is that a human wakes up in a body not his own, in the desert. After a couple of startling observations, he realises he's not on Earth, nor in a human body. The body he's landed in is a warrior dude, and he's left to sort of pick up the pieces of what's going on. Oh! And he's mind-melded to a big desert cat!
