What did I eat last night:? A bit blurry from the bar, a made something I'd never seen before.

I had leftovers from tacos the night before but no more tortillas to wrap them up in. So I took out a pie crust, mixed in some eggs and sour cream, and dumped the Taco contents (Chicken, beans, lettuce, peppers, salsa, the whole thing) into the crust and baked it. It was very good. Is there a word for this or just "Hey I made a quiche with taco filling cause I was tired and tipsy"?

Miko, mine had more onions and random throws of spices but it's more or less the same thing.

I like the name Drunk Whelk Dump Surprise more, tho.
