I got up to Star Scout. Then I quit because I lost so much time studying to become a Bar Mitzvah.

I went all the way through to Seniors. Girl Scouts rock. WHen I get some time back, I'd love to be a Scout leader.

I was in Scouts as a kid. When my cool outdoor-adventure-focused troop disbanded, though, I had to move to one that concentrated more on patriotism, Christianity and bureaucracy, and so I kinda lost interest at that point.

Mr. gaspode is an Eagle scout as well. I never did anything similar.

I lived next door to a 300-pound eagle Scout. His doberman pinscher used to chase me when I came home from my paper route.

My nephew got to Life Scout. He was thisclose to making Eagle, but didn't have the ambition for a major project.

I was kicked out of Girl Guides. For real. Can't remember the exact incident, but apparently I didn't have the Girl Guide attitude.
