Cheney is just trying to help the little guys. →[More:]

1. In the Contra scandal, the big guys hid behind their underlings, and it was the poor little guys who had to take the hit.

2. People want to start investigating his administration.

3. He doesn't want the same thing to happen, where the actual evil people behind the curtains, the ones who made the decisions, get away and scapegoats get hung out to dry.

4. So, that's why we shouldn't have these investigations.

OR MAYBE THAT IS WHY YOU SHOULD STEP INTO THE LIGHT, DICK CHENEY YOU EVIL BASTARD!!!

Heh, I was gonna put 'qft' for 'quoted for truth' but realized that could go so, so wrong.

I'm not going to believe a damn thing that man says unless and until he and Mr. Bush authorize the release of all of the papers they hid in presidential libraries and behind those laws allowing families to control what papers former presidents have locked up. Asinine.

He's not putting a target on his back, he's trying to find ways to dig at Obama.
