OMG Blackboard Jungle! →[More:]
So as some of you may know, Mrs. Doohickie is a high school teacher. She was in another teacher's class when a student got disruptive. She told him to chill, but naturally he didn't. She said if he didn't chill she would write an infraction against him. Naturally he didn't. So she did.
The way infractions work is that there is a carbon copy. You give the infraction to the student who goes down to
The Office, and turn in your copy at the end of the day and they make sure they all match. If there are any missing, it becomes double secret probation or something.
In this case, though, since there was another teacher in the class, Mrs. Doohickie decided to personally escort the student down to
The Office. This made said student very irate.
A short while later, someone came to the class and asked if the student's backpack was there. My wife said no- he didn't have one. Never does. (He brags about not doing school work and stuff.)
Later on, the principal pulled Mrs. Dooh aside and said she needed to know the rest of the story, which was this: After my wife left
The Office, things escalated even more, and the student said there was a bomb in his (nonexistent) backpack and threatened to blow up the school.
The cops were called. The kid was taken out in handcuffs.
This morning, there were 5 undercover cops in the school. Apparently this offender was a gang member and they want to make sure this doesn't go any further.
