Jesus God. I got "How to Cook Everything" for my birthday, and it is the BEST COOKBOOK EVER. I'm only halfway through sauces and I'm frothing. I always loved Mark Bittman, but goddamn this is a great book. My wife is awesome (and Machiavellian, as this is the gift that will keep on giving to her).

Also, BOP, and heeeraldo, I am sending you internet beers to celebrate our birthday (and the anniversary of Abe Lincoln's assassination). They are opinionated, disturbing, and surprisingly devoid of content.
